The most recent arrival from the Marqués de Valdueza estate in Perales de Valdueza : we offer MERULA, a cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive in the “blackbird tin” (Mobius design award 2006), and 2007 finalist in the Outstanding Olive Oils NASFT award.

The same varietals that produced the Marqués de Valdueza, are recombined into a forceful blend with a characteristical peppery note.

Merula’s stronger flavor accents will felicitously enhance fried foods, stews, sautés and salads.
